Hannah Lippe

LCSW, IFEC-ATMHP 

Hannah is a community social worker focused on working with perinatal populations with problematic substance use since 2019.

 

Hannah coordinated the Better Birthing Project from 2020-2024, which partnered with local Native community members and Providence St. Joseph Hospital to improve birth equity.

 

Previously, Hannah worked in Child Welfare Services primarily with ICWA (Indian Child Welfare Act) eligible families. Hannah is an Advanced Transdisciplinary Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Practitioner and provides individuals with counseling, case management services and is a certified infant massage instructor.

 

Hannah strives to use a trauma-responsive and harm reduction lens with individuals and attempts to be a low-barrier support by meeting folks anywhere that best assists individuals.

 

Hannah is on the Parent and Family Support Community Advisory Committee and helps run the Humboldt Harm Reduction Coalition. Outside of her professional role, Hannah volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters and Affordable Homeless Housing Alternatives and is a Union Steward in the National Union of Healthcare Workers. Hannah has been a settler in this area since 2015 and lives on the unceded lands of the Wiyot Tribe.

Beth Heavlin

IFEC-ATMHP, RPM

Beth has been a coordinator of the 0 to 8 Mental Health Collaborative since 2012 and the director of the Humboldt Infant-family and Early Childhood Mental Health Certificate Training Program since 2017. 

She holds an endorsement as an Advanced Transdisciplinary Infant-family and Early Childhood Mental Health (IFECMH) Practitioner and Reflective Practice Mentor from the state of California. 

 

In all of Beth’s work roles, she endeavors to embed the practices and principles of the (IFECMH) field into her direct services with families, training of staff, and coordination of community efforts. 

 

In addition to Beth’s local work, Beth is a Project Manager for West Ed. Her role is Reflective Practice Mentor to the Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Network.

All infants, young children, families, caregivers and practitioners need healthy relationships to support their mental health​

Who we are: A Humboldt County Community Collaborative whose purpose is bringing together multi- disciplinary child and family service agencies.

 

We collaborate to develop a transdisciplinary responsive system capable of supporting the mental wellness of all expectant parents, young children and their families within the context of their communities.
